They have 3 layers, including a middle layer of absorbent all natural cotton batting for plenty of breathing room.  The pads are approximately 4” round and thin to be worn comfortably under your nursing bra.  Because they are washable and reusable you can be earth friendly, and they get even softer with every wash.
