Organic Milk Reduces Eczema in Children and Augments Breast Milk Print E-mail

A new study indicates that the incidence of eczema is reduced by up to thirty-six percent in infants who eat only organic dairy products, and whose mothers also consumed only organic dairy products.   A separate recent study also confirms that higher levels of conjugated linoleic acids (CLAs) are fund in organic milk, and in the breast milk of women consuming organic milk.   The research asserts that the increased levels of conjugated linoleic acid isomers (CLA) found in organic milk and breast milk are responsible for lowering the rates of eczema.
