The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is warning mothers regarding the use of Mommy's Bliss Nipple Cream. The cream contains dangerous ingredients that may cause respiratory distress, vomiting, and diarrhea in babies.  The drugs in question are chlorphenesin and phenoxyethanol.  These harmful drugs can in combination can relaxe skeletal muscles, depress the central nervous system, cause respiratory depression, vomiting, and diarrhea.

Another potentially harful and disconcerning side effect of the drug Chlorphenesin is that is can cause  dermatitis.  This skin condition can increase the the drying and cracking of nipples.
