Two formula propaganda websites have crept up on the web in the last few months under the disguise of being forum and discussion blogs for mothers.  According to the website banthebags.org the websites babyfeedingchoice.org and momsfeedingfreedom.com, were registered in March 2007, and are funded by the Infant Formula Council. They describe themselves as blog and discussion forums protecting mothers’ freedoms and choices about  what they choose to feed their children.

Ban the Bags also reports that the website Moms Feeding Freedom has even gone as far to delete and carefully re-crafted posts from members to promote their breast milk substitute lobby.  Both websites use sneaky verbiage to promote the use of breast milk substitutes and bottle feeding while undermining breastfeeding.
