Mindith is a Certified Lactation Educator Counselor from UCSD.  She has a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology.  Mindith has been a certified RYT 500 yoga teacher and yoga therapist for over 13 years.  She and her husband are the proud parents of two nurslings and are currently residing in Southern California.  She has had many experiences with breastfeeding triumphs and challenges including breastfeeding while pregnant, tandem nursing, and extended breastfeeding.

OFFICE COUNSELING:
A lactation counseling session is comprehensive and generally last for 1 ½ to 2 hours.  Office consultations are scheduled between 9:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. during the week.

HOME VISIT:
Counseling sessions can be conducted in the privacy of your home.  These sessions are comprehensive and generally last for 1 ½ to 2 hours.   Home consultations are scheduled between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. during the week.

Lactation Counseling Services can include:
-Prenatal breast assessment.
-Prenatal counseling and support.
-Postpartum counseling and support.
-Postpartum assistance.
-Telephone counseling.
-Breast pump information and sales.

YOGA THERAPY SERVICES
Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga Therapy sessions are available by appointment. 

PHONE COUNSELING:
As a courtesy to the nursing mothers in our community, breastfeeding guru is pleased to address brief questions and concerns via phone conversations.  Any concern that requires attention beyond a conversation will be scheduled for an appointment to address all of your breastfeeding concerns.  A telephone consult fee will be assessed at the time and an office or home visit will be scheduled if appropriate.
